Mexican Tortilla Buñuelos Recipe

Mexican Tortilla Buñuelos Recipe

Traditional Mexican Buñuelos are soft balls of dough that are fried and drenched in a sweet mixture of cinnamon, suger and other spices. They are sold at fairs and carnivals in Mexico, and are also a favorite treat in Mexico at Christmas-time.

Our easy and quick kid-friendly version of bunuelos uses ready-made tortillas instead of fresh dough, and are baked rather than fried in oil.
