Mexican Flan (Mexican Custard) Recipe

Flan is a rich custard dessert which is a favorite in Mexico! Mexican Flan has a runny caramel top, as opposed to the French Crème brûlée, which has a crispy top. Otherwise, the two dishes are very similar.
