This is a nice use of potatoes. The United States Department of Agriculture has been making an effort to make school lunches much better. The restrictions on school lunches would have integrated an important restriction on the volume of potatoes that might be served. The U.S. Senate, however, has been obstructed by the Senate. Potatoes will stay in schools, for now. But if it will really be implemented, I guess we can do nothing but be thankful that our kids will be obligated to eat healthy foods. Not bad after all.
