American Flag Toast
Painting on toast is an easy, fun, and delicious way to learn about any sort of idea - here's how you make the American Flag!
Ingredients / Tools
- Small cups
- Clean paintbrush
- Food Coloring (red and blue)
- Light colored bread
- Milk
Preparation
- Put about 1/4 cup of milk into two cups
- Add enough food coloring to each to make brightly colored "paint."
- Paint away! As your child paints with the brush, watch that the bread doesn't get too soggy.
- When the masterpiece is complete, toast the breat and enjoy your colorful toast!
