Two Spotted Ladybird Wings
The two spotted lady bird is the official insect of Latvia and is also known as a two spotted lady beetle. Similar to a ladybug, the two spotted lady bird has only one black spot on each red wing.
What you'll need:
- Red & Black construction paper
- Scissors
- 2 pieces of string about 1 foot long
Preparation
- Cut 2 wing shapes out of your red construction paper
- Cut 2 circles out of your black construction paper
- Glue one black circle on each wing
- Poke a hole through one end of each wing and thread the string through.
- Tie one wing around the top of each arm.
