Pots Du' Creme or
Creme Brulee (Burnt Cream)
Creme brulee or burnt cream is a French vanilla custard dessert with a crispy burnt top. Traditionally this dessert requires a culinary torch to burn the top but this simple version will still give you something to talk about!
Ingredients
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding
- brown sugar
Preparation
- Prepare the instant pudding as directed on the box and let chill.
- sprinkle brown sugar on the top of your pudding.
- Place in broiler for 5-7 minutes to melt the top.
