Embroidery
Embroidery has been used for centuries to decorate fabric and clothing among many other things throughout the world including France. Our embroidery options use glue or paper clips to make it easy for the little ones! Try decorating the clothing in our French "What We Wear" coloring book.

Memory Game or Flash Cards -
French Farm Animals
We took the images from our France Farm Animals coloring book and made them into smaller cards that you can cut out and use as flash cards or play memory! A great French vocabulary builder, and a fun way for your children to learn about indigenous French animal species.

Versions of this game have been found in indigenous cultures all over the world--from the Arctic to the Equatorial zones. In some regions of the US, this game is also known as Jack in the Pulpit. We have posted a video so that you and your kids can learn this cool game!

Similar to the 4th of July holiday in the United States, Fete Nationale celebrates French unity with fireworks and parades on July 14th. Make a paper chain in the colors of the French flag - Blue, White and Red to celebrate Fete Nationale!
